Cannot believe what I have managed my first wk 4 run..amazing..especially as my calves were hurting within 30 seconds of starting... I really didn't think I could do it..
I got through the final minute by thinking about someone at work who really p***ed me off at work today..and it gave me the impetus I needed..
One tip I have for treadmill runners...I have mine in my garage .. I bought a fan..can't tell you how much it helped to have that blowing whilst I ran..slower than I usually walk ..through the runs..It did feel a massive change from week 3 ..
