I’m 58 now so quite used to all the little niggly aches & pains that come with age.
However, the uppermost thought in my mind now is ‘oh no, I hope this doesn’t stop me running tomorrow’!! I woke this morning with a twinge in my back and that was literally my first thought! Obsessed, much? 😂
I’m sure it will be fine.
Does anyone else do this?

Ha -yes!! Only yesterday I was with my 3 year-old grandson (I’m an oldster too) in a park with a sandpit.... I missed my footing on the wooden step leading into it and performed a comedy trip, landing heavily on my left knee.
My first thought...” Oh no!! I may not be able to do W8 R3 tomorrow morning!!!”
I got up, brushed myself down (literally) and hoped for the best. Happily, only a minor bruise this morning which didn’t interfere with my run!
