Had a couple of weeks getting through week 4. Missed run days here and there but finished week 4 today. Moving on to week 5 feels like a big step but think I’m ready for it.

Well done ,but it is just another week, in which each workout is shorter than the week you have just finished.

I’m loving W5, so far so good. Each run is different which I found made a welcome change. Keep it up!!
If it helps, I started week 5 yesterday and found it strangely a bit easier than week 4. Good luck!
