Since w1r1 my shins have been on fire and tightening when I run so iv Googled and YouTubed shins burning....etc and iv had the most obvious advice ever! Now I don’t know if anyone else on here is as stupid as I’ve been but OBVIOUSLY iv not been stretching before I run 🙈🤪
That being said iv stretched and warmed up properly and that last run was the absolute most enjoyable run I’ve had. I’m ashamed, embarrassed, proud and really relieved all at once 😂 bring on W3!
