Well, was on my way back home from completing w2r1 when I felt my calf go.

Felt a bit down as I was really enjoying this, but luckily for me I work in a private clinic where I can access advice from physios (free too).

that was last week and my leg feels absolutely fine. will restart week 2 on Wednesday but i'll take it slow and hopefully i'll be back into it for real.

anybody else suffered this? and how long did your rehab go?

As long as you rest, these injuries seem to clear up pretty quickly. I tweaked an adductor on W1 R2, ran through it on R3 and by W2R1 after 2 days rest it was fine. Resting is good.
