First week of running 🏃‍♀️

I have just started running this week. I haven’t done this in a while. Forgot about getting a rhythm with your breathing🙈😂 wasn’t long till I remembered that I tell ya😂 also I have started getting sore shins. I think I got this when I started running last time but can remember what I did to stop it🙈
