Hi

I've just read through some posts from 5yr ago and your advice has been great. I was up at 7am off our to complete wk 1 run 3 of my c25k program. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy 10wk ago and decided that I liked my flat stomach and want to keep it.

I didn't think I'd get further than my first 60secs but by the 6th repeat I was smiling as I ran. I'm hoping wk 2 will be as enjoyable. I'm loving the Spence of achievement and feel so proud of myself. I've registered for our local park run so I have a goal at th end of the 9 weeks
