Osteopath appointment made. Fed up with running and it hurting. I did my 30 minute consolidation run this morning and really did not enjoy it.
I’ve done my best trying to sort my Runners Bum out (you’re probably very bored with me going on about it by now!) with stretches, core exercises, baths, cold packs, lumpy roller things, spikey ball things, and it gets a bit better but then I go out on a run again and I feel it tightening up again. Have to say the Cross Trainer has been great at keeping my cardio up without it causing problems though.
So, I’m hoping a good pummel on Friday will sort it out. He’s a rugby playing specialist in sports injuries so hopefully will get to the bottom of it 😩🤣
