Well done. On to W6 - who’d have thought it?
It had that effect on me too! I seem to be hungry all the time recently so I’ve started keeping a food diary on the calendar app on the iPhone. Partly to keep track of how often I refill my water bottle during the day, but mostly in the hope the shame of having to put something bad on the list will steer me towards healthier options. 🙂
