Not run since I was 11, 30 year old back problems, never thought I could do it, but just completed W1R3. Even if I only do this I’m proud. Feel knackered, but great. You can see the pain etched on my face. 😂😊

Good posture tips so you look after your back until you strengthen, run by run.
Slow and steady at your happy conversational pace.Repair days mandatory after each run.
The programme and forum will take care of you so keep asking for what you need.
Belief and enjoyment and giving this gift to yourself.

Thanks all. Yes first week, first post. I did actually run today rather than shuffle quickly. All good! Will check out the FAQs so thanks for the tip. Can’t imagine running for 30 mins, but one run at a time. Baby steps 😊🏃🏻♀️
