Well we finished week 6 run 2. Wasn't as dreadful as run 1. Was lovely and cool, no one else was on the railway line, saw deer, started raining at the end. The first 10 mins were the hardest until about 8 mins in when we seemed to find a pace that was comfy and it felt good! Then we walked. Didn't want to but we did. The second 10 were much easier and we even sped up for the last half minute!

We seemed to have found our comfy pace. I've finally got my very tall sister to go slow! Hope this will get us through 25 mins on Friday evening!

Yay, another Run 2er! I did the same run earlier. Glad you found it ok, me too. Great that you found a good pace, it can be hard sometimes to get that just right!

I run with my sister who has a long stride and long legs. My short legs have to work hard if she goes off fast. I hope I've finally slowed her down!
