Hi

I ve just completed week 2 run 1 took my dog today and was runnung on uneven ground and got cramp after the 4 th 90 second run and i carried is this the right thing to do as i havent run before please advise

Great photo. Well done on your run. As for cramp: I’m no medic but maybe run slower and on even ground until you get used to this running?

Thanks for the advice think it was a bit of a strainrd muscle but feels a bit better today 👣

I had the exact same thing last week. Its because we’re using muscles more than we would normally, which causes them to tear, they will repair themselves, probably wise to pause the run and stretch out any cramp, if this happens again. Well done for completing the run!!

I think it was a bit of a pulled muscle as its still a bit sore but not too bad

Will give it a days rest today and try to do run 2 tomorrow 👣
