W1R1 complete. Not aching half as much as expected and various aches and pains seem to disappear en route. Looking forward to tomorrow’s run.

I am just under 16 stone so wondering if anyone has experience of weight loss in these 9 weeks?

Hi Gary, I have gone down 2 kg during my 8 weeks. Not a lot but legs and arms are much more toned. I think to lose weight as well you need to look at healthy diet as well. But as you progress you will want to be healthier all round so it should be a natural progression. Keep it up - you can do it!🏃‍♂️

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

The guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Running C25K workouts is not going to lose weight by itself, you need to address diet for that.

Enjoy your journey
