Beaten my week 3 nemesis

I’ve finally completed week 3 and I did it in 3 runs!!!! I’ve tried and failed to get through c25k on many occasions and week 3 always beats me - whether I’ve repeated the runs leading up to it or just tried to power through and repeat the week 3 I’ve never actually been able to master it.

Today wasn’t easy but it wasn’t any harder than the last week 1 or 2 runs. I’m starting to think I might actually be able to do this 😊 (no one mention week 4, I’m not even thinking about that till I have to do it...)

Determination is your biggest ally, well done for not taking the easy option. So what if you had to repeat a week. Some would just give up, but you didn't . . . . . welcome to W4.

Congratulations.... and now welcome to week 4. Positive thinking goes a long way. You can do this!
