Week 4

Did week 4 run 1 at 7.30 am this morning before it got too hot. I can run 5 minutes easily now. I have been doing cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises for some years so I suppose my stamina is better than I realised. I am enjoying this so much and I look forward to each round now rather than dreading them 😀

Well done!

I like, like you, have been exercising for a number of years but somehow saw running as a different beast altogether! I really believed I hated it (although I'd never even tried it!) and wouldn't be able to do it until I started this programme

I'm a couple of weeks ahead of you and it really does get better and better as the run lengths increase.

Enjoy :-)

I saw running as something I could never do and I’m really surprised at what I can do. Thank you for your words of support 😀
