Hi maybe you were trying to jog too fast? Try again in a couple of days.

I found it hard outside than in treadmill

Also do you have treadmill on incline 1? I done all mine on treadmill so far apart from 1 on week 3? which I did outside and seemed harder than on treadmill. I read on here then about the treadmill to be inclined to 1 to be same as outdoors.

What a shame. I've never run on a treadmill and can't imagine it so maybe you just felt out of your comfort zone outside. Lots of reasons why one run can be difficult but it doesn't mean all will be the same. You're doing well and have come far. Just try again and it will be different. Check you've eaten and drunk properly too. All the best .

Don’t be too upset treadmill is very different to outside. It’s a tough week too. Maybe you were running as oppposed to jogging? This was my worst run and realised I was running too fast. Try it again another day and slow your pace right down. You can do this!

It's all good for you - and hooray for doing the walking rather than collapsing in a heap.

When you use a treadmill, it dictates the pace after a fashion, so you've a new skill to learn. But it is such a useful one! (Your runner husband may or may not be helpful with that)

I can absolutely understand that if you felt kind of compelled to get out there and run on a lovely morning that it is especially upsetting if the session doesn't go well. But there will be other, better sessions and it is all useful experience.

Thank you

I decided to try again on tread Monday

Will have nice walk at 7 in am instead x

I'm doing all of mine on the treadmill. I tend to go way too fast when I Road run & I end up all over the place! Also I suffer from exercise induced migraines so running outside when it's hot is a no-no. I prefer the air-conditioned gym but as others have said it's horses for courses. Don't be too disheartened- as others have said - you were prob going too fast. Try again on the treadmill & if you do Ok then you'll know that was why. You've come so far - keep going - you're doing great. You've got this.
