Just completed my first week 3 run and i am absolutely thrilled I managed it!!! Way back at week 1, 3 minutes running seemed laughably out of reach but by following the advice on this fab forum and taking it very, very, very slowly i did it. So thank you for helping me believe I can do this :)

Well done!!! I did w3r1 last night and amazed myself. It was tough but I cant believe im actually doing this after talking about it for so long. You can do it. I am a home treadmill runner and I don't know if that's not going to stand me in good stead for when I start outdoors but for now its fine. I may put a small incline on it next run.

Running outside is lovely, fresh air and away from my desk. Keep going, i am still buzzing now.
