Running pains

Hello all,

I’m on W2R2 and slowly seeing progress which I’m pleased with as I hated running with a passion at the beginning but now I mildly dislike it.

I’ve experienced shin pains and stitches along my right side whilst running which has caused me to pause the run a couple of times. Can anyone recommend any stretches to alleviate this?

Thanks
