Currently on w3r2, and I've a cold, which has put me off running. More concerning is that I've pulled a muscle on my neck due to straining whilst working on my car restoration and made sore my left side (I'm just over breast cancer). Desperately need to get back to couch to 5k. Anyone any advice? Thanks.

Nah, have a day or two off. Rest up and then get back out there
Eat healthily, get some sleep and hopefully you'll feel well enough in a few days
You can run with any cold above the neck. Take a big hankie 👍😃

Give yourself a break. If you run when your injured you risk more. Brisk walk at the most if you want to. Otherwise wait till your fit and you'll feel great again when you run
