Never in the last 5 weeks or even after week 5 run 2 did I think I would be posting that I’ve now run for 20 minutes without stopping, it wasn’t fast, it probably wasn’t pretty, but I did it, and could have probably kept going!
So to anyone looking at week 5, run 3 thinking to themselves that they can’t do it, YOU CAN and YOU WILL!
