Had to repeat W5R2 but completed it yesterday and on the road too (that I find much harder than treadmill running) so am about half way through the programme and already feel so much better, can tell my overall fitness is improving, definitely worth it, so here's to the second half! And to anyone wavering, if I can do it, I am sure you can!

You will get used to outside.. and if you can find some off-road running too..perfect :)

Take it slow and steady as you move onto the next runs.. all different and testing the different aspects in our running.

You will be fine though... well done you :)
