I struggled with run 2 and was dreading run 3 but Weirdly run 3 seemed easier 😬 so I’m sure you can get through it if you take it slowly ... if I can you can 😃

I would repeat run 2 again until you can complete it before doing run 3. Try going slower. If you are getting very out of breath you might be going a bit fast.

Use it as a dress rehearsal.. repeat it and take it slower than slow... try to relax and breathe gently.

Once you have completed it comfortably you will move on with confidence..little point in moving to a longer run until you are happy, with the one before and have found a comfy pace:) You will do it...just believe it:)

If you don't complete a run repeat it, as outlined in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

This is about completing the runs, not just starting them.

Relax and go a bit slower.

Like others, I’d say repeat it, because you’ll probably feel more confident once you have. If it’s any consolation I found week 6 the hardest, I’d been thinking about w5r3 so much w6 knocked me sideways!! Good luck and take it steady.

The curse of week 6! Lots find the return to run walk throws them after that 20 min run in week 5. I think it may be mental - you have done all the training and can absolutely do this. Slow up a little and maybe find a little 'can do' mantra. Believe!☺Good luck.
