Last night I did it! I cracked the 30 minute run! Something I never thought was possible when I started and was shocked that I could only just manage a minute. (I have always used a cross trainer on a daily basis for years and been a gym bunny on and off, but never ran).
Only 2 more runs until I graduate and I feel on top of the world. My only stutter is that I only get to 4K but my target is onwards and upwards post graduation to achieving that 5 k.
And none of this would have happened without this app, website and friends and family who had done this before me and inspired me to go for it.

Thanks. I am taking it nice and steady. I did manage to speed up in the last quarter as was feeling good. I’m not that worried about the distance tbh. Am glad to disprove my “girls with boobs shouldn’t run” ha ha
Well done Clarab, running for 30 mins is a brilliant acheivement as you know..😊 that 5k will be yours fairly soon too, but may take you a few extra minutes.
Good luck with your last two runs, the podium is really close now!😊xx
