Can't hear Laura on first time out

Not sure why. Tried with head phones which are fine for listening to everything else except c25k and without when I got home and still no Laura.

Had to look at my phone to work out what to do which was not the best.

Any ideas why?

I take it you are using the app? If so, do you have music playing at the same time? If you do, make sure you start the music when the app tells to you, then start the run after starting your music (I think that's right, it's been a while!). Your music ought to dim when your trainer speaks - if it's working properly...

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

IF all fails, you can try the podcasts, which have music built in

Use the bbc get inspired app with your own music. I never had an issue with it. The music automatically fades when they speak to you 👍🏽
