New to your site but excited to read helpful hints and tips. Week 4 of couch to 5k. Finding my feet but day after pain in legs is herific . What am I doing wrong?

Everyone gets pains and aches when they start a new regime. To minimise it, slow down, keep footfall under your body, avoid heelstriking, run on grass. Make sure you are wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.

Most of my aches subsided after W5.
