Graduating without the app??

I've seen lots of posts from people with "Graduated" next to their username.

As I very much live in the last century (or maybe even the one before - think knitting and making yoghurt ) my field phone only texts and makes calls!

I've borrowed my boyfriend's Gymboss which I set up with the required intervals from the NHS site. I just wondered if it's possible to graduate without actually using the app?x

If you do the Nine weeks of the C25K programme.. or however long it takes you to complete it... and you do each and every run in order, for the allotted times...then I would say that is in order. The forum follows the C25K plan...but you can post your runs each time, as you will be running the same runs..

There are even some of us on here that graduated before the app was even in existence so yes you can graduate without the app. 😀.
