Week 9 I'm coming for you!

Today I completed my last run of week 8. It was tough but I feel I made progress after the first two . I felt more comfortable and didn't focus on Sarah telling me the timings so much. I was a bit worried about the heat. When I started this in February I was in three layers with gloves on! Most of my runs have been chilly. This was different and I coped fine. I did try to slow a little to manage it without feeling too hot. Towards the end I'd had enough and was begging for Sarah to say you've 1min left but she didn't: she said you're done! Thank goodness. I'm not sure when I'll do my first run of week 9 - probably early morning to avoid heat but it's not my preferred time. I'm also away for the weekend and I'm thinking I'll take my running kit with me! What has happened to me? I would never have done this before I started. I know it's cheesy but I'm really proud of myself for getting this far. I'm feeling so much better. Enjoy your running this week everyone 😀

I find running in the cold much better, but slowed my pace down a bit today and took some water along.
