Week 9 run 2 completed today, I'm so close!

Recommendations for what to do after graduation? Has anyone moved onto to the 10k app?

Yes, so very close, how exciting!

I agree with Tbae, consolidate, carry on with 3 runs a week for a while, perhaps try different routes so you don't give bored.

... and perhaps try Parkrun, that gives you something to focus on.

Then when you feel ready try Ju-ju's 10k plan.

You're doing brilliantly ... Good luck with run 3!

Happy running!

Well done.. the badge is waiting...

Consolidation is what we advise..lots of it. Shorter runs, longer runs, always a 30 minute in there somewhere... new routes too... then maybe try the C25K+ podcasts, which are all about the new disciplines in our running... they are challenging.

Then check this post out...loads of ideas there. But first get to that podium :)

Woohoo!! So close!!! You can see the other side now!

I was just doing my own thing mixing road and trail extending time/distance as I went. My last run was a very fun but muddy 5.4 mile which took me an hour, well off my usual pace of about 10.5mins/mile. My current goal is to run to my friends new house cross country in an hour. She's 6 miles away.

I don't have any desire to run any organised things for the moment. I just want to keep fit and have fun!

I'd say just keep up the 3x week for a bit and see what you fancy πŸ‘πŸ˜‰
