Week three run one done. I found it quite tough with the three minute runs but I’ve got it done. Can’t say I enjoyed it today.

Are you still running on treadmill? Its funny I can't seem to enjoy the treadmill but get outside and it works, I've finished week 3 yesterday. Maybe Im easily distracted outside lol

Still on treadmill at the moment. Maybe try getting outside soon.

Only joking 😂 Whoop, well done you did it. It's hard to begin with but as you get fitter you'll soon start to see results and the programme just gives and gives huge life changing benefits. Keep going 🏃🏃🏃 You're doing brilliantly.
