What the heck am I doing here??? 😲

Well I suppose there are a few reasons. Firstly my son and daughter in law ate seasoned half marathon runners and put me to shame. Secondly, my wife is disabled and it occurred to me at least one of us should be fit. Lastly I just got home from an all inclusive holiday. Yeah I know. Drank and ate far too much and realised I am REALLY out of condition. So...watch this space. It really could end in tears.😄

Crying on a run isn’t always a bad thing

Most of us have done it

You'll be just fine, Seaspice. Remember to run very slowly, it's the key, and take your rest days. Good luck and keep posting.

You can do it. I am wk1 run 3 today and at the end of my first run almost cried. You have the right reasons for doing it, stay focussed on that and am sure you will smash if 😁

Good luck and don’t despair! It’s very gradual, it works, and you will feel wonderful after every run, and it does you SO much good!!
