Love the look on your dogs face-‘ well what’s keeping you then!!’ Enjoy the runs it looks like you have some big hills as well to climb up!

I see a man running at what looks 35 or 40 minute pace for a 10k with his dog on a leash every time I am out, I feel a bit sorry for the dog.

Dexter loves it. We'll walk for miles and he still wants more so I'm hoping this running with do him some good.

Never on a leash though whilst running... He needs his freedom to move.
