Its frustrating Im due to run today but we still have all this white stuff! I don't want to disrupt my programme what do others do in very bad weather. I don't mind rain but snow is a different matter. Even my dog looks fed up.

I have run in the snow, but it can be quite risky if there is ice underneath. You need layers for the cold, and be warned your feet might get wet if the white stuff is deep.

I will give it ago this afternoon when the ice has given a little bit, thank you

I quite enjoyed running in the snow; it was liberating. Wearing layers so they can be peeled off as you warm up is helpful.

Give it a go if it’s not dangerous and reward yourself when you get home.

Great photo (and dog) 😀

As Razouski says running or skating.🤔

If you are housebound,🤔 no gym, 🤔 loads of floor exercises, stretching, etc. On HealthUnlocked or biggest loser eg.🤔. All doable with minimal equipment.🌟👏👏

yes we live a long way from anywhere, so not a proper gym in 20 miles from here. I did a brisk walk this morning and if feeling confident I will try my C25K this afternoon

I went in the "proper" snow and quite enjoyed it. My footing felt secure otherwise I would not have gone. Can't remember what week I was on.

I tried it on a slushy morning and changed to a gritted road route as the others felt like an accident waiting to happen .

See what the brisk walk feels like, and take it from there.
