Completed up to Wk6R3 without too many problems. However Wk7R1 I was in agony. My left lower leg was so painful I couldn’t continue. The pain was to the left of my shin above my ankle to half way up my leg. I have had this pain before but have been able to run/walk through it. It felt like a very tight cramp.
I was so disappointed that I couldn’t complete my continuous 25 min run even though I had done it two days earlier. Yesterday I went and purchased new running shoes after having gait analysis so hopefully things will improve however I’m dreading getting back on the treadmill in case the same thing happens again. Fingers crossed.

I don't know what your pain is caused by, but if you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will see it clearly stated that it is unwise to continue to run if in pain. There are also links to basic self first aid.
Rest up and if it persists, get professional medical advice.
