Lovely sunny day for a run. Why do I always feel tired in the first 10 minutes but get into ruthenium and pull through.

Good question, and you are not the first to notice this...

Try starting your run a bit slower, to help you through the first part, while you get your oxygen on board..
Good luck with your Graduation run 😊x
I agree with Bluebirdrunner , particularly from my experience this morning, which I'll post about shortly! After 5 minutes I was feeling like I just had to stop, so rather than stop, which when you're on a half hour run is generally a bad idea, I slowed down to slower than I felt I needed to, managed to control my breathing, and everything just fell into place. It helped that there was a strange bright thing in the sky I'd not seen in a while too
All the best for graduation!
The toxic ten. There is a delay in getting the extra oxygen on board that you need. Believe it and that is why you need to run slow and steady until you settle into your groove.

I’m trying this one tonight! Really struggled on run 1, pretty sure I started off too fast! So tonight I’ll be aiming for tortoise pace and see if that helps!!
