Good work! Hope you are enjoying it so far? Patience and persistence is key. Running has really transformed my life! Go slow and steady and pretty soon you will start noticing improvements and increased fitness. Yay!

Take your rest days, work through the programme, don't skip runs and stretch after each run. Post here to tell us how you're doing and be prepared to become a bit running obsessed π
Thank you for your reply. Iβve enjoyed the first week but sometimes find it hard to get going! Iβm ok when Iβve started. Need to lose weight so really want to keep it up
