Week 6 run 1 - my little running partner was no company today 😂really mastered the art of running one handed now and have even managed to swap arms so I can take it in turns to swing

It’s harder work with the buggy for sure but going slowly for this programme is just fine. No hurry at all. Good way of getting the little un off to sleep too.
