My first ParkRun was a walk of 48 mins. Last week in the snow I did a couple of jogs and got to 46 mins. Incorporated W3R3 into today’s ParkRun and now down to 41 mins. Thanks for that idea IannodaTruffe! Still scared about 5 min runs next session 😳

The Mentor IT also has said he never Feared a run🌟,only Enjoyed.🌟

It is belief,🌟 so you believe, use your handbrake, slow & steady.🌟

Release all tension, that is also a common enemy.Relax and go through your routine.

You have done the work and it is yours.👏👏🌟
