Trying my 5km again and I picked up a great easy rhythm finally at 3.8km and pulled my calf muscle.
Limping home.
Gutted.

Do not stress yourself or put anytime pressures on yourself, get sorted.
Then rebuild and rexamine your running body and running brain that will be efficient and sustainableand enjoyable , you can do it, you have already proved that to yourself,
Read everything on this forum while your resting.
Enjoy and looking forward of seeing your journey,
Thank you. I have been running, but just doing 2-3km blasts. I wanted to do 5/6kms again.
