Over the last 2 week my leg has started to hurt a little after a run but not during. It’s at the back under my calf. What is this? Is it something I need to worry about

It sounds like a tight calf muscle. You can do self massage but the easiest way is a massage roller. I do my calves every night and it pays dividends in the long run.
If you leave it I think it will just get tighter. Even if you just use your hands you can get quick relief 👍😊

Stretches should help too if you can find ones that stretch out the area that is tender (gently)

Massaging and stretches...if the pain persists.. please get it checked out by a Sports Physio...
