Had a long day yesterday so the 6am alarm was not welcome this morning but dragged myself out and feel so much better for it. Switched my route a bit as i'd started waiting for the app to kick in at certain landmarks and it was a nice change. I didn't think about how long i had left to go, I just ran and it felt fine.

That's week 7 completed, 3 lots of 25 mins. Wouldn't have though that possible at the start, or even at the start of week 5, but running without stopping is definitely starting to seem normal now.

Yes it definitely feels that way so hopefully the case. Other weeks have been a bit daunting but this one feels like a bit of a threshold. 5 more minutes doesn’t seem like too big a deal. Hopefully I’ll still think that in two weeks time 😆
