First run since a long single to fine leg last cricket season.

Just completed my first run on Couch to 5k having originally downloaded the app about 4 years ago! Not sure if I feel happy or in need of medical attention!!!

If nothing else I’ve completed as many steps by 7.30am today as I’ve averaged for most of the full days in the last 10 years.
