I've just been in Cape Town for a month - it was lovely but I tried to run but it was windy and hot. I had reached wk8r3 before I left but only on the treadmill. First time outside was hopeless - it was as though I'd never run at all! I am going to start again on wk1 on the treadmill and carry on until the park dries out when I will venture outside again - its obviously very different.

Hey! I started my couch to 5k outside and used the treadmill when the weather was really bad. I found they were both very different! I ran a lot faster on a treadmill and outside I had to slow right down!
Maybe try running an earlier week outside and just go slow 🙂 x
