Unfortunately not ... I am a Mr Smooth aficionado and unfortunately he is no longer around post graduation.

I did use his W9 again and again for consolidation purposes. And also rather sadly I made myself 3 reminders a week to arrive at 8am like the C25K ones saying ‘ Mr Smooth says get your trainers on and run’

Bit daft but it fooled me,,,,

I know just what you mean. Had my first post grad run yesterday and was so hard without Jo Wiley. I thought about doing a recording of me nagging myself to keep going! I had to keep looking at my watch and when the last few difficult minutes arrived, I really struggled and ended on 29 minutes instead of 30 which made me annoyed with myself which was daft as only a minute! I will try couch 2 5k+ tomorrow and see how it goes. Good luck finding a solution!

I have been playing he week 9 again and shuffling to Sarah and jo to keep it a different sound. I also ran to the ed of the 5 min walk and another 5 minutes I ran for 41 minutes total and make it to 5k finally
