So this morning I got up at 6am, to do w7r1, out into the rain ☔. Sarah Milligan started speaking to me, did my 5 min walk. Then she told me to start my run, gave me a pep talk and that was the last I heard from her. So I just ran to where i did on w6r1. It has hard, maybe teeny weeny bit easier, but I did it. 😂 Bit soggy by the time I got home though. I want running 🏃 to be enjoyable, not all hard work. Will that happen? Impatient me.
I lost Sarah! : So this morning I got up at 6am... - Couch to 5K

Ah enjoyable running the holy grail in C25K. You’re still building up, so sometimes it seems enjoyment is a long way off. But if you are anything like the rest of us the graduation week is a blast. And then you do your own thing post graduation and you like the freedom. And then you join the zombie running freaks, or the Park Run gang or maybe the i just want to run when I run gang.
We are all here in various guises, so I think and hope you will get your enjoyment.
Congrats on your success so far you’re doing fab

Ha, well done FFTB😊... 'maybe teeny weeny bit easier' is exactly what you are after...
Losing your app connection is a nuisance, but you still finished your run! These longer runs are where you can start to think about your technique and how you are feeling...learn to pace yourself, nice and steady at the start and let it build, once you get past the first ten minutes you will feel better.
Here is a post about the toxic ten.. it helped me to know about this.

You are doing brilliantly, keep going, getting stronger and you will find your happy pace. 😊x
This is good information too, that you may not have seen.
