I started my journey in Jan and am now on to week 4. I am a typical creature of habbit and refuse to do anything on a Sunday until at least 11! However this Sunday I woke up at 7.30, jumped out of bed and went running! This has never happened before and I normally run after work. After my run we even went on my first family bike ride for a year and the 2 hills that I walked up last year I went straight up with out stopping. I can honestly say this program is working for me. I started in week one with painfully tight ankles when I ran thinking I was never going to get through this...now I am so looking forward to going home this evening for my run. I have lost 12 pounds so far and still have a long way to go in my weight lose but for anyone looking and thinking you are too big or too unfit...I would just like to say if I can do it so can you!
