Well, on Saturday morning I lined up for my 5th Parkrun @shornewood in -1c temp but with lovely clear sky . Found the first 1k quite hard as the cold made getting a breathing rhythm going hard. After what I thought was a slow hard run I was very pleasantly surprised to get my result e mail and find I had run my personal best with a time of 32.54 for the 5k πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜ŽπŸ˜ŽπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ. So for anybody starting to question why they are doing this running thing , keep on running , the sense of achievement especially for non /new runners like myself is a fantastic feeling . Keep on running πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ
