I am so pleased with my progress yesterday with completing week 5. Today the back of my calf’s ache like mad. Should I repeat week 5 or carry on to week 6 tomorrow?

I wouldn't repeat (unless you didn't manage to finish a run). Take a couple of days rest rather than one, 3 if you need it, then attempt the next run.
Is it ache rather than pain? For aches, look up some stretches for your calfs and hamstrings and be sure to VERY gently stretch them out. Some people swear by foam rolling sore muscles, but I have never tried it. Hot baths with Epsom salts also very soothing.
It is quite common to ache quite a lot after a run when you first start (I remember it well!) Hope it calms down soon. Once you have been running for a while, the aches do lessen.

I would definitely say press on to week 6, the ache in your calves means that work is already under way on your new, improved calves. But maybe give the team a bit longer to install the upgrades if you are worried.
Definitely move on, and give those hardworking calves an extra day or two of rest if they need it.
Well done on the W5 runs
Thanks. I will carry on with week 6
