Just done week 4 run 2. Felt great. Can’t believe I can run for 5 mins. My general fitness is improving and it feels wonderful. Couldn’t stop smiling whilst I was running tonight. Must have looked crackers but I don’t care. 😁

Today I did run 1 of week 3 (meaning I had to run for 3 minutes, twice). Started off thinking "well that's not going to happen!". But it did. Which I can't quite believe. So I can totally understand your saying "Can’t believe I can run for 5 mins". I hope I can progress as you have obviously done very successfully - well done!
I have also (thanks to lots of encouragement from this forum) stopped worrying about looking crackers whilst I run.
Have a few aches and pains but I'm hoping I can carry on as long as I do the stretching and strengthening exercises.
Anyway, total respect for your achievement - something for me to aspire to!

Well done! I frequently run around with a grin on my face... what anyone else thinks is their problem, I'm having fun, that's what counts! 😁
I always get a big grin as I know I’m nearing the end of a run- it feels such an accomplishment doesn’t it?!
Hoping I have a smiley face this week as I tackle week 4!!
