The perils of running in the rain on wet slick pavements. Whole lower left leg grazed and bruised after two minutes. Dry tomorrow so will try again then

Oh ouch 😬!!! Take an extra couple of rest days, if needed. When you go for your first run, give yourself permission to stop, if needed. Consider trying a shorter "test" run first if there is any concern.
