I have just completed run 2 week 2 and my wife has got to run 2 week 1 as she started a week after me. I’m thinking about repeating a week as we would like to start running together. I’m not sure if is should do week 2 or wait until it starts getting really tough?
Any suggestions?

Do what works for you both. If you’re intending to be in this for the long haul, then repeating a week now and running with your wife won’t do you any harm at all. Be aware that either or both of you may want/need to repeat runs or weeks in the future - but in the assumption that you’re not intending to do this for 9 weeks and then stop, then repeats don’t matter. What matters is just getting out there and doing it at all.
